Baby shower # 3

Last Thursday July 15th, a baby shower was organized by some friends from Church. We are and were so happy to see lots of friends and also getting lots of presents for Joel, we feel very fortunate to have caring and loving friends around us.

Another Bday celebration

Some other friends wanted to get together to celebrate my B-day because we couldn't make it before, so finally July 2nd, we went to PPP and had a good time, Tom went with me because he loves pizza and did have that day off from his rotation at the Pediatrics office, it was perfect to finish packing it was just one day before we moved.

An update

We haven't write anything lately about what's going on with us this last month. We have to keep track of what's happening down here....What can I say is that we finally moved on July 3rd to our new place, a little house where we will be living until November, before we move to Yuma, Az. for another six months. I will be posting some pictures of it shortly and some other

3D - Doctor's visit

Yesterday 062310, we had our monthly visit with the Doctor, glucose blood test (which wasn't fun at all) and a 3D ultrasound where we were able to see a little bit more about Joel, he is doing great!!! He is kicking and moving around more and more. He's weighing a little over 3 lbs, and I have gained around 16 lbs. total, from yesterday my visits will be every two weeks, and then every week.
Hopefully we can get some things ready like having my pre-registration at the Hospital and after we move, the rest of little things we are missing.
So far we feel excited and very happy, about knowing that the time to have our little angel with us is getting closer!!!

Father's day activity

Last Saturday  061910, we had the celebration of Father's day with the members from our ward, we enjoyed some good food and ice cream, and the dads had the opportunity to play and have some fun playing against the youth!!

The only lucky ones were the kids, because somebody turned on the sprinkles and they all got wet, which was nice and refreshing!

Friends B-day's celebration

Last Friday 061810,  to celebrate the B-day of some of us, some friends from Church gather together in the complex of one of them, and because they have kids (and me one on the way!) we went to the pool so all their children could have some fun,  it was a great opportunity to refresh a little bit because lately we have been close to 110 degrees!!
