Wise men ring -010710
Here we go again, this is a Mexican celebration, after the Christmas and New Year's Holidays, we wait for the Wise Men the morning of January 6th, because they leave some little things for children, but besides this, we have to eat what is called the Wise men ring (Rosca de Reyes) where everybody gets a slice with hot chocolate! We had some neighbors over to our apartment for a gathering!!

hey we also celebrated it too!! it was something totally different for Ranger Lee....and I didnt know that Rosca de Reyes is called Wise Men Ring...it's good to know :) are you planning to have tamales on Feb the 2nd?
ReplyDeleteHey! Gaby..we enjoy to celebrate the Wise Men day with some friends, but didn't do anything for Feb 2nd, but we ate tamales last sunday Jan 31, it counts, I think!!! I want to learn how to make one...do you know? Do you have a recipe to share?
